WageRule is a free reference for US hourly workers and small employers. It shows what you are owed, under which rule, as of which date.

Who makes WageRule

WageRule is written and published by Apex Digital Solutions. A small team, with people in the United States and in Greece, collects every rule from the law itself or the state labor office and checks it again every January and July.

How the site is paid for

Display advertising pays for the site. We do not sell your details or pass them to lawyers, payroll companies or anyone else, and no company pays us to show a result. Every page is a tool or a table with its sources attached.

How we check the rules

Each number links to where it comes from and shows the date we last checked it. The full process is on how rules are verified, and every change is listed in the change log.

Contact and corrections

Found a rule that is wrong or out of date? Write to corrections@wagerule.com with the page link and where you saw the correct rule. Fixes are listed in the change log.
